Prescription order for people with statutory health insurance

Note

If your insurance card has not yet been scanned into our computerised system in the current quarter, please come to our practice during opening hours to have your insurance card scanned. We will then issue you with an e-prescription and you can collect the ordered medication from any pharmacy the next day on presentation of your insurance card.

ePrescription

Medication that you used to receive on a ‘pink’ prescription will now be issued as an ‘ePrescription’. You can collect this from 2 pm on the following working day from the pharmacy of your choice using your insurance card.
